Interval training is a more-intense cardio workout that alternates between periods of pushing yourself to the limit and recovery and offers you the after burn effect (your body can burn more calories after you exercise, by having your metabolism stay alert hours after your workout has finished).

Make Sure You’re Wearing The Right Size of Clothing
If you’re concerned about the muffin top or the extra bulge around your bra, is time to go up a size with your jeans and your bra. If you want to feel more comfortable in your skin, wear flattering clothes that will let go of unnecessary tension. Focus on how you feel in your clothes and don’t get caught up in the size you’re wearing. Gradually reduce your clothing size as you lose weight, but always stay within a comfortable size.
Go for Yoga
