High Intensity 30-day Squat Challenge

There’s a reason you have to wait in line at the squat rack every time you go to the gym: squats are both intense and miraculous, chiseling your legs, buttocks and core, but also having the added benefit of being a calorie-burning exercise, as they work the most energy-hungry muscles in your body: your quads.

Squats are therefore our go-to exercise whenever we want a solid, high intensity workout and we’d like to raise a challenge to you, dear reader: The 30-Day Squat Challenge. The 30-Day Squat Challenge is a popular workout program designed to work your buttocks, thighs and core, while also helping you lose extra weight through the aerobic nature of continuous squatting. The workout gets increasing challenging each day and you’ll find yourself having to grind through the muscle aching, but it’s going to be worth it in the end. But first, for the basics:

How to do a Squat?

You have to do only 1 exercise every day, for 30 days. The number of reps will increase every day to help you challenge yourself every time and help you build up your muscle strength and endurance. Push yourself to do the exact amount of reps in the challenge and you’ll come out of the 30 Day Challenge a winner.
