A 15-minute, Calorie-burning Treadmill Workout
Lots of people who own a treadmill at home will argue that they’ve stopped using it because it takes longer to burn calories on a treadmill than through other exercises and they simply don’t have that kind of time throughout the day. Well, if you’re short on time and you think treadmills are easy and boring, we’ve cooked up a plan for you that hopefully will change how you feel about them.
If you don’t have enough time to spare for a full workout, try this 15-minute treadmill daily routine. You have to switch up the speed every two minutes and also change the incline, which will challenge your body to work even harder and burn extra calories in the process. After this cardio session you will feel fresh, light, energized, and ready for a productive day. Depending on your body weight, you should be able to burn around 150 calories with each workout – this might not seem much, but try to do 15 minutes in the morning and 15 after work on a daily basis and that amounts to 2000 calories per week. That’s a full day’s worth of calories crossed off the list!
