- 1 tsp grated lime peed
- 4 Tbsp honey
- ½ small honeydew (cubed)
- 1 pin fresh strawberries
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- ½ cantaloupe (cubed)
- 2 c fresh pineapple or mango cubes
- Mix together the juice, honey, mint and lime peel in a large bowl until combined. Add the cantaloupe, pineapple or mango, strawberries, honeydew and toss it to combine.
