Ingredients

  2. ½ chopped cucumber (peeled)

  6. 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  7. 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  8. 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
  9. 2 cloves garlic (chopped)

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Allow to stand at the room temperature for 10 minutes.
