She says NO to Sugar or Starch. Nicki Minaj lost over 10 pounds by giving up potatoes and Snickers, and 3 days before any big shoot she cuts out all sugar and starch.

The Oscar winner eats well and drinks lots of water, even when she doesn’t feel like it. Lupita loves to eat chicken and salmon with rice, and does weight lifting for lean muscles and yoga.

3. Hilary Duff

The beautiful actress and singer does boxing drills with her trainer, Gabe Johns. She eats a lot of chicken and sometimes she rewards herself with some wine.

4. Olivia Wilde

Olivia Wilde, well known from her role in “House” stayed active while pregnant. She did SoulCycle until she was eight-and-a-half months pregnant. She continued the hard work post-baby to drop the extra pounds. As for her diet, Olivia thinks that moderation is the key.

5. Jennifer Lopez

The 46 year old actress and singer doesn’t look a day over 25 thanks to her healthy diet and her cardio routine. J Lo. lost 8 pounds by eating lean meat, broccoli, carrots and BodyLab shakes for breakfast. “When I eat better, I feel better. You realize how much you don’t need the butter and bread to be healthy. You need the greens.”

6. Kate Hudson

The beautiful blond tracks her meals with MyFitnessPall App, and aims for 1,800 calories per day. Three times a week, Kate does two hours of core work with her trainer Nicole Stuart.

7. Miranda Lambert

Miranda does everything in moderation. She tries to eat balanced most of the time. If she had a high in calorie breakfast, she picks a low calorie dinner like grilled chicken and sweet potatoes. She also does cardio every day with her trainer, Bill Crunchfield.

We all noticed Kaley’s amazing body transformation. She works out four or five times a week. For a lean body, she skips alcohol, does SoulCycle, horseback riding and yoga.

For Jada working out is the key. She eats brown rice before her daily 45-minute workouts that include yoga, running and pushups. She burns about 500 calories every day during her workout. “You can eat whatever you want as long as you’re willing to put the work in.”

Scarlett runs every day and eats a lot of salads. These healthy habits helped her to get back in her size 25 jeans in just two months after having a baby.

The super healthy mom works out all the times. She loves to run and takes hip-hop classes and every time she wants to re-fuel she drinks raw sprouted almond milk shakes.

13. Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson lost her baby weight by eating small portions of chicken and oatmeal. She does straight training 3 times a week.

The “Bring it on” star does everything in balance. When she’s not working she tries to be reasonable. If she eats unhealthy one day she tries to eat healthy the next. When she’s working out, she wears a heart rate monitor to see how many calories she burns during her 90-minute kickboxing sessions with her trainer, Ahmad Barri. Gabrielle eats clean with fish and green smoothies and only an occasional meal of red meat. And she drinks a gallon of water per day.  

15. Sofia Vergara

Sofia is trying to eat healthy with meals centered around juices and vegetables. She also work out daily with Pilates and dance classes, which have the benefit of keeping her toned up.
